Initiate Your Request
Log into your Leader Online account and select the 'Order History' section to submit a return request for the specific items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your drop-off receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
